In this article, I will provide spoilers for Chapter 1119 along with some analysis!

Double Nika vs. Saint Mars!

In the last chapter, Luffy, along with Dorry & Brogy, finally reached the Great Elric, the ship of the Giant Warrior Pirates. With his energy replenished, he activated Gear 5 in full power, and Bonney also transformed into Nika as a “Future Freed from Distortion” to face Saint Mars.

Saint Mars perceives Bonney’s Nika transformation as merely an “imitation” or “illusion,” dismissing it as such. While Bonney visually appears to have transformed into Nika, it’s clear that she cannot truly replicate the real thing. Despite the high level of imitation, she likely cannot fully copy the abilities, but she seems to have recreated Nika’s rubber body and even grown in size, making her attacks potentially powerful.

I’m really curious to see what kind of moves Nika-transformed Bonney will showcase. Meanwhile, Luffy suggests that the best strategy against the Five Elders, who possess regenerative abilities, is to blow them far away rather than engaging in direct combat.

Indeed, no matter how much the Five Elders get injured, they regenerate, possessing an immortal body without leaving any damage, but they cannot prevent themselves from being blown away, as shown multiple times. Even Saint Valkyrie, the largest among the Five Elders, has been blown away, so currently, the most effective strategy against them is to push them far away.

Rather than defeating the immortal Five Elders, the priority is to escape from Egghead, so Luffy’s strategy is indeed leader-like. Luffy plans to blow away Saint Mars with a giant balloon, likely similar to the Gomu Gomu no Cannonball used in the fight against Cracker.

Sanji, Franky, and, of course, Bonney participate in a simultaneous attack, successfully launching Saint Mars far away! Saint Mars can fly over the sea and seems speedy, so he might return soon, but Luffy seems to think they can just blow him away again if he returns.

Also, it seems the video transmission of Vegapunk’s message is about to resume…
