What is Emet’s Last Resort?

At the end of ONE PIECE Chapter 1120, Emet decides that the “critical moment” Joy Boy spoke of has arrived, and he prepares to use what seems like a last resort against the Five Elders… It seems likely that using it will either completely deplete his energy or cause Emet to explode, making it a “life-threatening” final move…

In Chapter 1120, Emet’s back, previously only shown from the front or sides, was prominently featured, revealing a backpack-like attachment. This suggests that Emet’s last resort might involve the backpack on his back.

Personally, I think the backpack might transform and extend forward, unleashing a powerful laser or shockwave as a final weapon… Alternatively, Emet himself might transform from a humanoid form into something else entirely. A shockwave or laser would be straightforward, but considering the weapon he attempted to fire from his left arm was rusted and immobile in Chapter 1120, there’s a possibility of a similar issue here. Even if transformation or some other method is employed, rust could be an issue. However, I feel that transforming and charging in would be a more reliable way to inflict damage on the Five Elders than using laser-like weapons.

Luffy mentioned that even if the Five Elders take damage, they will regenerate, so the only option is to blow them far away. I think Emet shares a similar view… Additionally, in Chapter 1120, Atlas launched a suicide attack against Nasjurou Elder, getting an arm cut off and then split in half. Emet also had his left shoulder bitten off by Saint Peter, making it seem like they are linked somehow, leading me to believe Emet might transform and launch a suicide attack similar to Atlas.

Although Emet’s body was easily bitten by Saint Peter, it has been proven capable of snapping Valkyrie Saint’s fangs. If Emet transforms into something like a giant drill, spinning at high speed for a suicide attack, I think he could inflict significant damage on the Five Elders…
