Did Kuzan Let Garp Live?
Kuzan froze Garp, which made Teach very happy. It wasn’t just that he had defeated Garp; he thought he could use Garp as a hostage, even more valuable than Kobe, who was originally intended as a bargaining chip with the World Government.
